Braunschweig, 11 May 2021. In this year's Great Place to Work employer competition, Volkswagen Financial Services took first place in the category "Large Companies with over 5,000 Employees" for the fifth time in a row, making them Germany's Best Employer once again. "Coming top again in this competition is a result that makes us really proud. We are delighted to have received such great feedback, especially in these particularly challenging times. To be a top employer remains our aspiration as part of our ROUTE2025 strategy. Winning first place in this ranking shows that we are on the right track. However, we have no intention of resting on our laurels and we will continue improving ourselves," insists Dr. Alexandra Baum-Ceisig, Member of the Management Board of Volkswagen Financial Services AG with responsibility for Human Resources and Organization.
Volkswagen Financial Services were able to improve significantly compared to the last time they took part in 2018. In the overall evaluation, 92 percent of the employees surveyed rated Volkswagen Financial Services as providing a very good workplace. That is six percent higher than the result from 2018 and as much as 20 percent more than the benchmark.
