At Volkswagen Financial Services, we ensure that integrity and compliance are strategically and operationally of equal importance as the quality of our products and services, our financial metrics, and customer satisfaction. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Volkswagen AG, we always act in accordance with the principles of our parent company.

In our political advocacy, the principles and guidelines for public affairs of the Volkswagen Group are binding for us. We also comply with the regulations of the EU Transparency Register and the Lobby Register of the German Bundestag.

Our Code of Conduct as the basis for responsible thinking and acting

A key pillar of our understanding of corporate responsibility (CR) and our commitments in this area is our Code of Conduct. This applies to all employees – from apprentices to the board of directors.

Within the framework of our Code of Conduct, every individual is responsible for honest, integral, and compliant behavior in line with our corporate ethos.

Human Rights

We are convinced that sustainable business practices are only possible through ethical and integral actions. Therefore, we are clearly committed to our corporate responsibility, respect human rights, and meet the associated environmental standards.

Whistleblower System

Compliance with laws, rules, and internal regulations is of the highest priority for the Volkswagen Group. Therefore, we have tasked the Central Investigation Office with operating an independent, impartial, and confidential whistleblower system for us.
