Braunschweig, 19 January 2021. Volkswagen Financial Services consistently support the Volkswagen Group in the implementation of its electric mobility strategy and are therefore expanding their Auto Abo vehicle subscription service to include the ID.3. With immediate effect, private customers have the option of flexibly using the car for a minimum contract period of six or three months for EUR 449 or EUR 539 per month respectively. "Adding the ID.3 to the Auto Abo presents a great offer. It allows our customers to get a first taste of the latest generation of electric vehicles from the Volkswagen Group and experience them in everyday life. Our customers will be impressed and delighted by the vehicle," says Jens Legenbauer, Chairman of the Management Board of Volkswagen Leasing GmbH and Regional Manager Germany at Volkswagen Financial Services.
With VWFS | Auto Abo for the ID.3, customers can choose between a three- and six-month minimum contract term. After that, they can switch flexibly between the other vehicle segments (Micro, City, Compact, Compact Space, Family Space, Minibus and Country) every three months depending on their needs or simply continue driving the current vehicle. In the event of a switch, a minimum holding period for the vehicle of three months begins again. The monthly rate is then automatically adjusted. In addition, customers can cancel their Auto Abo on a monthly basis after the end of the minimum contract period.
As with the other vehicle classes, the monthly payment for the ID.3 includes registration, general inspections and exhaust emission tests, maintenance, periodic servicing, wear-and-tear repairs, tire replacement, insurance and taxes, as well as 800 free kilometers. Extended mileage packages with a total monthly mileage of 1,200 or 1,600 kilometers are optionally available when concluding a contract or changing the vehicle class. In addition, every ID.3 that is available for booking is equipped with an onboard navigation system.
With a lead time of 14 days, customers either have their vehicle delivered to their home or they can collect it themselves at a selected pick-up station. The same choice applies to returning the vehicle (in this case bringing it back or having it collected). If the customer picks up the ID.3, car dealerships in Dresden, Düsseldorf, Jena, Nuremberg, the region of Frankfurt am Main and Wolfsburg are available to choose from. In addition, there are selected VWFS | Rent-a-Car stations available.
As a special starting offer, the registration fee and delivery charge is being waived for the first 33 customers (first come, first served). The booking can be carried out online at www.vwfs.de/autoabo.
VWFS | Auto Abo is an offer from EURO Leasing GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of Volkswagen Financial Services AG.
