Within the 12-month development programme, we offer you assignments in Braunschweig, Berlin, abroad at one of our national companies, and at one of the Group's brands, giving you a unique “all-round view”. Start with us as a "digital talent"!

Requirements – Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies related to the advertised position or subject area (e.g. [business] informatics, economics, mathematics, statistics).
  • Interest in modern web technologies, digital products and business models, agile project management methods, UX topics, cloud computing, big data, and/or entrepreneurship
  • High IT affinity
  • Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience in digital topics and / or have written your thesis on a future topic
  • Fun in team work in the English and German language
  • Intercultural experience desirable
  • The following skills will also distinguish you: Enthusiasm, commitment, independence, and versatility

Your tasks
 

  • Independent planning and organisation of the project deployments and internships at diverse locations
  • Active support of the digital transformation in the company
  • Promoting exchange within the trainee network
  • Involvement in the planning and implementation of the trainee project “Codekids” at a school in Braunschweig

Procedure of the trainee programme
 

  • Duration: 12 months
  • Several project assignments of approx. 4-12 weeks with reference to the topic of digitalisation
  • Project in one of our subsidiaries abroad of up to 3 months
  • Individual planning and monitoring in the context of regular programme planning meetings
